If you go with a full power to weapons build and use it be prepared to have your weapons hit harder than ever before. it's the arbiter trait that allows it to be a viable build, I can't stress that enough. One build I have on the jem'hadar light battlecruiser is loaded with cannons and beams, but is focused on grav well 3 and has power set to full aux.
